Poorly designed software, heavy algorithms, and unnecessary processes waste energy, raising costs and adding to pollution. To address this, our research focuses on making the software more energy-efficient without losing performance. We use tools like Intel Power Gadget to measure how much energy a software uses and suggest ways to improve, such as optimizing algorithms, managing memory efficiently, and cleaning up code. These techniques provide simple, practical steps for developers to create energy-saving software that supports sustainability and reduces costs.
